 How can i Give Security and rights to my dahboard  & database when i m using Powerbi Apiary API

And Can  I Delete particular Raw data by dax query?

Currently, delete operation is not supported via REST API. You have to open native query to your database to execute DELETE command.

Not throught the API I believe but you should be able to do it in the Service
