Hi all Need help,
When I publish my Power BI file from the Desktop version to the Power BI service (cloud) after making updates, I expect to see the current, updated version of the report. However, my peers, with whom I share the Power BI service report, are only seeing the old version and not the updated one. I am facing this issue and seeking a solution.

Hi there,
It sounds like you're experiencing an issue where the updates made in Power BI Desktop are not reflecting for your peers in the Power BI service. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:
Check Report Version:
Ensure that you are publishing the updated Power BI file to the correct workspace and report. Double-check the file name and workspace in Power BI Service to avoid any confusion.
Verify Publish Process:
After making updates in Power BI Desktop, ensure you are clicking File > Publish > Publish to Power BI. Wait for the publishing process to complete successfully. Navigate to the link provided and cross check.
Refresh Data in Power BI Service:
Sometimes, the data might not refresh automatically. Go to the Power BI service, navigate to your dataset, and manually refresh it.
Verify Permissions and Access:
Ensure that your peers have the correct permissions to view the updated report. Go to the Settings of the report in Power BI service and verify the access permissions.
Check for Report Versions:
If version control is enabled, make sure that the correct version of the report is being shared with your peers.
