Power Bi Service Auto refresh

Hi,

I've set up auto refresh page in Power Bi desktop and it works great, but when I open the report in the Power Bi service it doesn't work.

the storage mode is Direct Query and on premises data Gateway is installed on the server and seems working properly.

Does this feature work in Pro License?

If it works .. Is it possible to know what I missed?

This surely works with a pro license.
For the refresh to work (also with DirectQuery), you need an entry in the Gateway to the datasource, and then configure your dataset settings in the serivce to use that entry. Did you do both those things also?

I set up the on premises data gateway and connect it to the data source.

Is that not enough?

Please have a look at this page, because there are certain limitations to page refresh in the service:

For example, for a regular workspace (in shared capacity) automatic page refresh has a minimum interval of 30 minutes.
For a Premium capacity workspace it depends on the settings in the Admin portal your Power BI Service Admin set.
