Every time I refresh the connected data of Oracle database with Power BI, it takes fortune to reload 7-10 Lakhs rows. Does the issue persists with the internet speed or, I am doing something incorrectly.

For the large dataset, to enhance performance we can use DirectQuery mode insteal of Import modle. Since dashboards with data connected using DirectQuery are automatically updated. Please refer to the link below.
