All my reports that are connected by Direct Query to our Azure Postgres database stopped working today. They all give this error:
Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again
Message: The credentials provided for the PostgreSQL source are invalid.
I have tried all variants/possibilities I can think of - creating a new workspace, different security settings ("None", "Private", "Organizational", etc.) but nothing seems to work. All the reports work perfectly in Power BI desktop.
Any help appreciated!
You should get the option to edit credentials for the data source?
Yes I do get that option and I've entered the credentials several times, for each of the Privacy Settings - None/Private/etc. It just won't accept the credentials.
This is what I get - I'm 100% sure I am entering the user/pass correctly.
There is no gateway in the picture, the Postgres db is in the Azure cloud. (See below).
What happens when you look at the Gateway can it still connect?
