Power BI report fails to load in browser

Hello Everyone! 

I have a Power BI report where I use the text filter against 2.8 million records. The aim of this report is that my users will search for a specific keyword in the text filter and the result will be the number of records which has the searched keyword. 

The report works well in the Power BI desktop app however, when I publish it to an app in power bi service the report fails to load in the browser. 

I am not sure if this is a memory issue, but I was wondering if anyone faced this issue before please let me know how you overcame the same.

The below is the browser error I get everytime. 

If i click reload, I get my report in the browser as below however the visuals will start reloading and after several seconds, I get back the above error again

 Any info about this will be really helpful.

Clear the cache of your browser and try agian.

Thanks for your response. I did try clearing cache and deleting the browser hsitory but the error still persists unfortunately. 😞
