How to add multiple users in RLS while exporting powerbi report via power automate

In ^this documentation, I need to use multiple users in RLS section. How to do that? 
I tried adding new user, the service gives error called 'bad request' 
I tried adding new user with adding a ',' then the output is blank.

If I understand correctly, the issue is that you want to add multiple users in RLS. Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:

1.Go to the Power BI Service and open the workspace where the dataset is located.

2.Click the dataset to which you want to apply RLS and select the security.

3.Click on a role to manage the members. Enter the email addresses of the users you want to add. Separate the email addresses with a semicolon(;).

4.Click Add to confirm the users to the role.

I would suggest doing one user at a time to ensure that it works as expected.
