Hi all,
I'm encountering an issue with my Power BI workspace that's preventing me from accessing data stored in SQL tables from a DataWarehouse. The error message I am receiving is the following one:
The user session limit for the workspace is 724 and has been reached.
Changed database context to 'DW_NAME'.
Changed language setting to us_english
From what I can gather, it seems like the session limit for the data warehouse or the workspace has been exceeded.
To provide a little bit of context about the workspace, it contains 2 DataWarehouses that are used to provide data to several PBIs. These Data Warehouses have SQL tables that receive new rows several times a day when a user completes a form and a Power Automate flow inserts the form results into a table.
I've been using this system for half a year and I've never encountered this issue.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? If so, could you provide guidance on:
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @Anonymous,
I have seen this issue on this forum before, in the below thread:

My suggested approach would be to contact Microsoft support about this, like suggested in that thread as well.

Hi ikesil
In the past, this has been known to be caused by sessions not being shut down properly on capacities.
You may need to file a support ticket for help on restarting the capacity.
