Power BI Session

Hello, 

 

I need direction in diagnoising this message. From what the user is telling me they have 2 power bi session open (2 tabs), she is opening a 3rd tab to open another session and getting this message before she even gets to the pbi page.  I believe she's using Chrome.  Thank you!

Hey @carH , are you using Power BI embedded, as there is something called token lifetime.

Thank you. I am not using PBI embedded nor is it a permission problem. These are reports being accessed in a pbi app that the user has had no issues accessing until recently. I actually got this message this week myself ? I am the owner of the WS and the reports. This is not making sense to me any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks, Tom! If I'm understanding this, pbi embedded allows you to create reports etc...in another application? I can't be 100% sure if we are using this. If  a user is getting this message, should I assume that we are somewhere....
