Power BI Service Workspace

Dear Power BI Community,

I receive an error message when I atempt to create a Workspace in the Power BI Service. The error message states "Couldn't create the app workspace."  and then gives me the option to view the "technical details" of the error. The technical details consist of nothing but a bunch of random numbers and dashes.

What does this error mean and how do I correct this issue?

HI @gusdahu,

I think this issue should related to your office tenant, it seems like setting to prevent user to create groups, please contact to your administrator to know more about this.
