Steps Tried:
- Verified credentials for Dynamics 365 and SharePoint
- Refresh works fine in Desktop
- No gateway issues observed

I have tried following your instruction but unfortunately doesn't help me to fix. i have tried to edit privacy levels and reduce the transformation steps etc.
