Power BI Refresh Issues not Connecting with SQL Server

I have a problem with several of my reports with the same database located in SQL.

I keep getting the error message: Failed to update data source credentials: Login failed for user 'domain\account' 

I have tried to delete the source and update the credentials, but nothing works. In PB Desktop, everything works great. My credentials also work fine when connecting to SQL Management Studio.

I researched many options on how to fix it, but nothing worked. Please help!

Hi @mglomb 

Can you make sure you have got the latest version of the Power BI Gateway installed?

And then also restart the gateway server to see if that fixes the issue?
