Power BI Embedded using Preimum capacity

Hi,

I'm so confused here,

1-if I have premium and our authors have PRO licenses, do we need anything else to create embedded contents in our .NET app?

2-if we do embedded backed by a dashboard that in a premium capacity, do I still need to add the free users as viewer role? individually I mean or anyone in the organization can see the embedded dashboard?

Are you using a service principal to embed the content using a token? We created a service principal, added it Azure Ad and then created the service principal with PowerShell. We also added the service principal in the Admin Portal > Tenant Settings > Allow service principals to use Power BI APIs

Embedding only requires the service, not a Power BI account to view the application's embedded content - they would be using the embed token.
