Hi there,
Am hoping someone might be able to assist with a sticky situation I'm having. I have a report in the Power BI service with numerous tabs, but on 5 of the tabs I have a power automate visual button on the canvas to trigger a separate Power Automate flow relating to each tab. The flows all essentially do the same thing - send an email notification to the client regarding the data however the data is different from tab to tab. I have about 10 users in any given fortnight that view the data and trigger the flow notifications. It was working correctly up until about a month or two ago when for only some of the users (which is weird in itself as well) when they trigger the button for Tab 1 for example, the flow designed for one of the other tabs would be triggered (causing incorrect information to be sent in the notification). This is not a case of the flow working incorrectly, its a case of the button in the Power BI report triggering the wrong flow. I have tried re-applying the correct flow to the Power Automate visuals numerous times however that doesn't seem to make a difference. Peak usage occurs on a fortnightly cycle, and sometimes recipients of the email and tweaks are made to the flow on the Power Automate site in between usage. I thought editing on the Power Automate site and not within the Power BI report might be the issue, however ensuring updates in the Power BI report has made no difference either. It does make me think it could be a bug given it is still in preview (I believe)? Does anyone have any ideas on how I can ensure the correct flow triggers on the button press in a multi-tab report?
Thank you!
