Hi

I get the below error when trying to refresh an online Dataset.

When refreshing the dataset in PowerBI Desktop the refresh is succesful.

When trying to refresh the data using PowerBI Online we get the error.

Can you confirm that you have got the latest version of the Power BI Gateway installed?

Also does the gateway server/vm meet the minimum requirements?
