I would like to know what depends once you upload and share a dashboard using Power Bi PRO the speed and performance of the application.

Somone can put some light in that topic, I just want to understand why some users hasn´t got any problemns and others has some many...

There're many factors that affect the performance of the sharing dashboard/report, such as the role of user, the attribute of workspace, the limitation of content. etc.
