Paginated Report Table creation

I am trying to create a table that only has two rows with the aggregate data expressions of a dataset, how do I only keep it at two rows? The issue is it full expands into repeated rows after entering the run view of the report.

Not clear. Could you please describe your expression and expected output in more detail? Could you please share some screen shots?
