Cannot configure Dataflow credential (Bug?)

Hi All!  I have a Power BI report that is published to the service that was built by a previous consultant using Dataflows that connect to Dynamics back-end.

The consultant has since left but was still the owner of the Dataflow - which I have changed ownership to myself.

I then tried to refresh the dataflows and it prompts me to replace the credentials in the Dataflow settings but I cannot seem to update any of the sources except for the OData OAuth2 connector.

When I try to change the credentials and pick an Authentication Method I'm not given any options (seen below).  Is this a bug?  Or do I need to make some configurations elsewhere.
