Paginated Report - Print Layout not displaying all pages

Hi folks,

Similar to this issue, but the opposite:

Solved: Paginated Report not showing all records in Web la... - Microsoft Fabric Community

My report is showing all records in the web layout view, but only 1 page (of 166) in the Print Layout view.  I've clicked Disable Preview Features but to no avail.

Hi @TrevorSeymour ,

Add a Text Box in the lower left corner of the Report Builder, and then drag and drop the /Over All Pages/ built-in field into it, so that you will see /Total Pages 166/.

Only 10 records per row are displayed in Print Layout View, this may be because:
1. The row height is too high and the height per page is fixed, resulting in very few records being displayed.

2. The height of each page is too low, resulting in few records being displayed.

Once you have selected Print Layout View, click the /Home/ button in the upper left corner and you can then navigate these records.

Hi Dengliang,

In Web Layout, it says there are are total of 4 pages.  When I go to Print Layout, it only generates 1 page, but suggests theat there are 166.  And in Print Layout, I'm also unable to navigate around those pages.PBI Community v1.pngPBI Community v2.png

Hi @TrevorSeymour ,

In my tests, both Web Layout View and Print Layout View can only see one page of records.

Therefore, do you mean that you see 166 pages of records in one Page in Web Layout View?
Or do you mean that you can see 166 records in one Page in Web Layout View and only one record in Print Layout View?

Web Layout view shows 1 page of 4.  I can navigate through those pages by returning back to the Home tab, so that's fine.

In Print Layout view, it then says Total Pages 166, but only shows 1 very small page, with 10 records.  And no way to navigate through them.  Wondering if it's just meant to act as a preview page?
