PGP Key Encripted SFTP Data

My data connection is changing to SFTP encripted with PGP key.
I have data that needs to be gotton by SFTP and it has been encripted with a Puplic PGP key.
I have the privite key to decript.
First what is the best way to connect to incremental data refreshes that needs to be gotton thru SFTP Daily and combined to one data file.
Second how do I decript it with the privite key.

None of that is possible in Power Query for Power BI.  You would need to use an external tool for the download.
