Oracle refresh failure

We have several reports on Power BI service. These reports are connecting to the same Oracle shema and maybe different tables. They have been refreshing daily without issues until Feburay 1st. The reports are in different workspaces but have similar refresh error messages: {"code":"Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ValueError.ErrorCode","detail":{"type":1,"value":"-2147467259"}},{"code":"Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ValueError.Message","detail":{"type":1,"value":"ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel...

I have tried to run the exact same quries on my desktop (e.g. DBeaver) and they worked fine. I've also tried to refresh the quries in my Power BI desktop and they are super slow but worked fine. What could be the cause of the issues? What would be a propriate next step for us to double check? Any ideas or hints would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @ELIU

What I would recommend doing is looking at the gateway logs to see if there are any issues there. Another option you could do is to log on to your gateway server, open up your pbix and try and refresh it from the pbix to your Oracle server to make sure that there are no issues with the gateway connecting to your Oracle server and then making sure that your gateway server can successfully connect to the Internet via HTTPS.
