One semantic model shared by multiple reports in a workspace

Our user have a semantic model that's been directly pushed to a workspace by other App. The user is pulling data from that semantic model and feeding the data into mulitple reports.

Now she wants to add an additional data source into one of the reports, which results in a change in the original semantic model. Our question is: if the user publishes the report to the same workspace, will this impact other reports that share the original semantic model?

Thanks

No, her actions will not impact the other reports that depend on the original semantic model.

Now she wants to add an additional data source into one of the reports, which results in a change in the original semantic model.

Why would that result in a change to the original semantic model? I thought that is been pushed by an "app"  and not by her report/PBIX ?

Correct it is been pushed by an app and not by her PBI desktop. However, when she adds the additional data source and adds the source to the exisiting model in her desktop, will that impact her other reports after she publishes it? We'd like just to confirm that as neither of us has any visibility of what has been done to the original model.

No, her actions will not impact the other reports that depend on the original semantic model.
