Not receiving access request email notification

Hi,

We are having issues while receiving the request access notifications. I've tried to follow the instructions on this ticket https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Group-Workspace-Request-Access-Email/td-p/138129

but my company doesn't have Outlook configured due to a licencing issue and this is something that it's not happening in the future due to our size.

Is it possible to work arround this? I'm not sure why isn't this setting available to be configured either in the active directory area or in PowerBi it self.

The request access notifications will be sent via your organization mail, if you haven't configured it, the end user wilnot get a notification, but you can share the shared link to them:
