Not able to refresh the data from synapse to PBI services using PBI Gateway

HI Team, 

i am not able to connect to PBI Services to Azure Synapse data base using Gateway connection. getting multiple errors with refresh the data.
i am using Visual Studio to create the data model and deploy the metadata to PBI services and establish the connectivity to synapse, and that was successful.
But while refresh the data set from PBI services, am getting errors like
Timeout, and

Hello All,
I am trying to refresh Power BI dataset once the load in datawarehouse id done. This is done using Azure API. But what I could observe, a table with Incremental refresh is not getting refreshed for todays date with this. And if I do manual refresh after sometimes that is I do the re-refresh for the same file, the data gets refreshed properly.
Also the same file if refreshed anytime during the day after the auto-refresh with API in morning hours, the data is properly refreshed. Unable to understand what could be the reason for same. Can someone help me with the same.
Has anyone faced such scenario.

Your model has run out of memory. Reduce the size of the tables, reduce/eliminate any calculated columns (very memory intensive on refresh), or increase your capacity for that workspace.

Hii i tried to reduce the calc measures, but again we endup with different error this time.  and this took morethan 12hrs to refresh and as i said we got the errors like below.

According to the error message, it can't connect to the SQL database, please check whether the database is abnormal. How many data sources are included in the dataset, have they been added to the gateway? We need more details to judge.
