Not able to expand matrix bullets

Hi all,

I have an Matrix visual in my report and am not able to expand the subgroup with clicking on the + button.
In PowerBI Desktop it works but in the service its not possible.
When I activate the "zoom in" button and then click on a line it does expand.

Anyone an idea what the problem is, or is this a known bug?

I see no differences between your report and mine.

This morning it still did not work.

I've deleted the variables that I used for rows and added them again (exact the same), and published the report again.

Now it is working..

Thanks for your help.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I can't reproduce it either. Can you please share a simple dummy file to let us test? Or please share us the steps that you did.

The attachment is my sample that you could try if works in your machine. And please point out the difference between your report and mine.

Best Regards,

Xue Ding

Hi there

It currently works for me.

What do you mean by "Zoom in"?
