Hello Power BI Community,
Everything was working fine this morning until I refreshed the dataset. As a result, all of my data sources now have an exclamation mark icon and my gateway is offline.
Has anyone ever seen this message before? I was on the call with Microsoft Support and they told me they had never seen this before.
I also checked and it shows the gateway is online.
Update: Now I am getting the following message on my workspace.

What happens when you go into the Power Platform Admin Centre and under Data, do you see the gateways and if they are online?

Thank you for your response. I see the gateways. I think you also helped solve the mystery.
What is really strange is that CCS-Gateway is online but the issue is pointing to Gateway-Conviva On-Prem Gateway and that is the one offline.
I will reach out to the administrator and see who installed this gateway. I will accept it as a solution tomorrow when I get an answer. Thank you so much @GilbertQ
