Hi @juankbarrera
Welcome to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
The issue is due to recent updates to Microsoft services, where Microsoft has started enforcing multi-factor authentication (MFA) by default to enhance security on all its cloud-based platforms, including Power BI. If no backup sign-in methods, like an alternate email address or phone number, were configured and the account is the sole global administrator, there is no way to bypass the Microsoft Authenticator prompt.
Since multi-factor authentication cannot be completed and no alternative method is available, it is recommended to initiate a recovery process through Microsoft 365 Support. When contacting support, clearly state that the affected account is the only global administrator for the tenant, access to the Microsoft Authenticator app has been lost, and a reset of the MFA settings is needed. Microsoft Support will usually verify the administrator’s identity by requesting tenant-specific information, such as billing details or domain ownership verification.
