New Card Visual Bug

When connecting to a live dataset connection the new power bi card visual gives incorrect values when a blank value is expected. The two cards below show the same measure when the expected value should be nothing - it is returning all records instead

So the visual above in your screenshot should show null values, right ? Are you displaying it correctly on Desktop? What is your version of Desktop? And what is your measure ?
