Detail Data Labels not working in Service - Jan 2024

I have a line and cluster bar chart with Budget as the line-y access. When I format the label for Budget line I want to add a Detail label as well. I select 'Data Labels' > Select Budget series > 'Detail' I add a measure:

CarryForward = "Carry Forward " & FORMAT(SUM(Budget_vs_Actual[Carry-Forward]), "$#,##0")

In desktop it works:

In service is DOES NOT show Carry Forward

 

Any ideas??

    What version of Power BI Desktop are you using, I have tested both recent versions and neither have reproduced your issue, any details provided are appreciated!
