You have another exam -https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/exams/da-100

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/exams/70-778 is going to expire in Jan-2021. But is a partner competency exam.

There is an option from the partner to get the preparatory test.  Usually, course material, given on the pages is good.

Or there are quite a few link you can get like

But I am not suggesting these.

May I also know the format of this exam? Does this consists of only MCQ'S . Where can I get the previous questions /question type
