Multiple Applications for one Workspace

Hi all,

I have to create mutliple Applications but for now all my Reports are located in the same Workspace.

Do I have to create a new workspace for each Application or is it possible to create multiple Apps in one Workspace ?

Thanks for your help.

Hi. I'm not sure what is the objective of "creating multiple apps", but you can't do it. That's not all bad because there are ways for working with audiences. You can create a single app that can be distributed in different way with the Audiences feature: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-create-distribute-apps

That will let you create an app with all reports, but you can then specify which audience can see which reports.. That way each user will see a delimited number of reports that you let them see.

I hope that helps,

Hello @Nathalie_BD ,

you can't have multiple apps within one workspace, but what you can do is have multiple audience in the app and restrict each audience to the users that can see this part.
