Modeling data

If i have a Report connected with One Drive, how i can modeling the data??? I have one fiel as date in the original file but when i use it in Power BI it looks like text how do i can change it?

Hi @Michelle_Garcia,

 

With Power BI Desktop, you should be able to change the data type of a field/column under Modeling tab by firstly selecting it from the FIELDS list.

If you're connecting the OneDrive file directly on Power BI service, then there is currently no option to change the type of data field. Smiley Happy

Thanks @v-ljerr-msft I guess i have to wait until a new update of Power BI , because i think there are many opportunity chance of improvement.
