Microsoft Fabric no Support available

Hey all, 

I am trying to contact Microsoft Fabric support team, however, I am not able to. I am seeing this screen while creating the ticket. I have a Trial Fabric Capacity.

Is there anything am missing here ?

Premier Support is a premium paid subscription service, and this entitles customers to various support services based on the contract that they have.

If the customer did not sign up premier support - and that can be expensive, then the are not entitled to the service.

If the customer has signed up premier support, then they will be given a contract ID and associated benefits like a Premium Support contact as well as Access ID and Password.

Thanks for replying. That sounds stranger, because on my Microsfot 365 Developer account I can raise a ticket, that tenant doesn't has premium.

And appears to me that you have to have a premium support plan in place to use this feature. You can log  a support ticket here. Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com)
