Premier Support is a premium paid subscription service, and this entitles customers to various support services based on the contract that they have.

If the customer did not sign up premier support - and that can be expensive, then the are not entitled to the service.

If the customer has signed up premier support, then they will be given a contract ID and associated benefits like a Premium Support contact as well as Access ID and Password.
