Hi @v-qiuyu-msft

Yes it only happened when I accessed the reports in PowerBI service.

It happened on several reports though some others were completely fine.

The issue has now gone but it would be good to investigate what was causing it.

Thank you

Hi @farsu436,

It's hard to say root cause, it looks like the issue is random. If the issue occurs next time, please create a new thread, we will investigate it.

As the issue is gone now, may I close this thread?

Best Regards,
Qiuyun Yu

Hi @farsu436,

It looks like the issue happens when you access the report on Power BI service, right?

Does the issue only happen to this one specific report? Please download it from Power BI service and open it in Power BI desktop to see if report visuals loaded fine.

Best Regards,
Qiuyun Yu
