For the below data, I am facing issues with Matrix.
Request if it can be viewed and guide me on how can I have a presentable matrix.

It depends what you want to see in the matrix. Columns and Rows are for the context and you can add multiple columns from your table to create hierarchies in the matrix. What do you need to see in the values field? For text colums, it will show the first entry against the context you have chosen in the rows and columns, but you can also change this from First to a count, distinct count amongst other, when you right click on the Values field in the Build tab on the right.
