Broken Image at the Left Corner in Workspace App

I am getting the broken image symbol on the App page. Please see below. Is anyone aware why does this happen's or is it error.

Hi! it looks like it can't render the picture. Make sure to check the report at Power Bi Desktop to check how the picture is built, it can be imported, linking a file or an url that is broken. That would fix it.
