When I have published my map to web, I get this:
Is there a workaround/solve for this or is it just unsupported?

Workaround: I suggest you could use Bing Map as replace.

Seems that the visual is not support by Microsoft. What needs to be done to have the visual certified by MS?

Hey,
unfortunately you can't do anything. If you are using the ArcGIS custom visual it's simply not supported using the feature "Publish to web".
You might consider to use the MapBox custom visual instead.
