I am not in charge of the gateway but the person who is in charge of it said me that there is no change on their side.

As I mentioned.  If the source for your data is an excel file , csv file or something stored on disk,  the service account that the Gateway is running under should have access to that share.   Usually,  the best way to do this when using gateways is to have a central share where you store files that Power BI uses to refresh its datasets.

It depends where you are sourcing your data into power bi from.  I have seen this work fine in PBI desktop and not on the service when the service account running the gateway does not have access to the folder the file that sources your data is.   This usually happens with Excel or csv based data sources.

Hope this helps.
