Manual refresh with RLS applied

Is there any way to allow a user with "member" rights on a workspace and RLS applied to manually refresh the data (using the "Refresh Now" option)?

Direct Query has too many limitations, and the Power BI API only allows 8 refreshes per day.

Hi @adri_s,

Currently, only the users with "Admin" rights on a workspace have the options to refresh the datasets. I would suggest you add it as an idea on Power BI Ideas forum to improve Power BI on this feature.
