How to get all the reports for a user

How to get the all PowerBI reports for the user at once which are avaible in his various workbooks.

In which way you want to get all PowerBI reports owned by a specific user? Do you want a admin feature that can list all reports belong to each user? I'm afraid this is not supported.

@amitsangal78 Have them create a dashboard and pin a visual from every report to the dashboard and share it with you. You could also just create dashboard tiles that have the name of the reports... I don't know if this is what you are after, your question is pretty generic.
