Manual and scheduled refresh very unreliable

Dear Power BI team,

Lately (say the last 3 months) manual and scheduled refresh have been very unreliable.

Sometimes it seems that refresh is not triggered at all or it keeps loading for over an hour without any result.

Could the Power BI team clarify the issue? Since the service is unrealible I am no longer able to sell this to the business...

Power bi refresh operations contains a lot of steps and authorizations, they steps obviously will been affected by lots scenarios in these steps.(e.g. device related policy and firewall settings, database status ,azure data service status, networks status, gateway service status...)

In my opinion, It is hard to confirm all steps works well each time, but it has a few features can alert users refresh failed or breakdown backup to reduce the effect of these issues.
