Mail notifications while sharing with internal users doesn't work

Hi,

I have a problem with mail notifiactions while sharing reports. Users can see the reports in "Shared with me" pane, but don't get mail notifications that the report was shared with them. Of course, the option "send mail notifications to recipients" is turned on. All the users are internal. Do you have any clue what might cause that?

Engineers are actively working on a fix and expect it to be deployed by end-of-day 09/06/2019 for the issue. You could pay attention to it in here.
