MS Form Excel Feeding PowerBI Systemic Model Update

Hi - 

I am using a MS form that automatically syncs to excel to feed a systemic model for a PowerBI report.  

The Excel is not syncing all form responses unless the form is opened prior to the systemic model being ran.  How can I get the model to sync prior to updating the PowerBI report?  

I have seen the PowerAutomate suggestions - but I believe I can get this to sync without creating a PowerAutomate flow.

As far as I know, using Power Automate is the only way to get this done.
