MS Fabric - How can I enable change detection within MS Fabric?

When enabling Change detection option from Page refresh menu I'm getting the following message.

"Your change detection measure wasn't set up properly, so the page won't automatically refresh. To fix this, contact your report owner."

Althought, I'm owner of this PBI report and I can't find where to configure the change detection mechanism.

We had the same issue when we try to do change detection, the link doesn't pop to select.

Do we need to report this as a bug per MS documentation.

I don't even configured the change detection. When I enable change detection in page refresh menu I automatically receive this message:

Until the Change detection setup yes, then I got the error

are you trying to use the same field for change detection that you used for the incremental refresh range ?
