I am making use of the trail basis of Power Bi, I think I have access to the PPU version also. Am I able to assign lisences to outside parties to view reports? I need to issue licenses to them. And not have each of them have their own account with Power BI. Is this possible in the free trail version?
Thanks

Hi, if you have pro or ppu purchased then, as a global or office 365 admin, you can assign the licenses to any user at the organization. The pro content can be shared with pro or ppu users. The ppu content (workspace ppu) can be shared with ppu users. Even if its trial, it works like that. If you assign just free and shared with them. Then they can't access the content you share unless they turn on the trial by their own. The trial is not forever so, it wouldn't be a definitive solution.
I hope that helps,
