Access to External users without AAD
Hi all,
Is ther any way that we can give access to external users securely without using AAD?

You have to access the Admin center and have required admin rights.

Arul If it is enabled to add external users, then you just need to open the report/app permissions and add a new external user email. They will receive an invitation, which they have to confirm.
You can check in the admin center, that a new guest email was generated (something like instead of [email protected] rick_abc.com#EXT#@YourOrganisationDomain.onmicrosoft.com).

The answer is simply NO. External users need to be added to AAD or like recently renamed Microsoft Entra ID to be able to consume a report. Please check how to use Entra B2B
