Issue with Reference Label under New Card Visual

I have a serries of the "new" cards set up in a power bi report that were working as expected previously. Now however the detail section under each reference label will only populate in Power BI desktop. When the report is published into service the detail value shows up as blank.

same thing with me too, on desktop i have a correct result but on service it shows me "Blank"

We have reported this issue and submitted it to the product team.
They have been aware of the issue and the engineers will do their best to resolve it. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.

is it truly blank or has the value shifted down? Do you see a scrollbar?
