Issue refreshing Azure Devops dataset from Service

Just refeshed successfully from desktop, but from service it consistently fails?

Data source error:	The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.. The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action.

Yes, I have seen this. But the problem is intermittent, so I am quite certain that it is related to some kind of Devops issues/disturbances.
