Export Data with last firefox version not working

Hello,

 

I have dowload the last version of Firefox and i can't export the data from.

 

The pop up tells me : "Ok it's exported"

 

But in reality i got nothing. Can you help me on this ? Maybe i have to unlock something in firefox ?

    What happens if you try another browser does it work?

    If it does work then there must be a new setting in Firefox (Which I do not know anything about)

      Hello,

       

      Thanks for your answer, it's working with Google Chrome but my final customer can't used it. So i'm stuck with firefox.

        Hi Anonymous ,

         

        Please check if this works:

         

        Open browser developer tools and in the console set variable for event equal to undefined.

        event=undefined;

    event=undefined;

     

    I also have this issue and am investigating at the moment.
